Over the past few years, I have made more of an effort to take care of my body internally also externally.
As we know eating well is not always as easy as it seems especially when you working in an office with your colleagues offering you foods throughout the day, by the time you arrive home you live on processed foods. "Love yourself enough to live a healthy lifestyle.” – Jules Robson

How To Buy Organic Food On A budget
Although Market stall's fruit are mostly picked or bought from produce grocers their fruits are riper than those from supermarkets. They have no proper storage (fridge) so the produce degrades more quickly.

Discounted Supermarket Foods
Most supermarkets reduce food prices in the evening for example Waitrose, this allows you to eat healthy foods at a reasonable price including salads, veg, fish, and vegan food sometimes as low as 10p.
Most food is ok to eat past the sell-by date as long as it is frozen are refrigerated. Mix and Match Healthy non-Healthy foods ok so if you struggle to eat only healthy foods then at least go half/half.
Super Markets
Most popular supermarkets such as Marks&Spencer, Sainsbury, Tesco, etc. Freezing fruit and veg that you can use for smoothies, soups, etc can last you up to several weeks, so you get your money's worth.
Sacrifice
We all purchase items that are not necessary, but purely out of habit or simply because we would like to. That new £15 mascara do you need, or the latest earphones since you already have 5 you have not used from home? Make your health a priority, your health is your wealth.
Grow Food
Not everyone has a garden or outdoor space, however, for those that do, growing food is an option. One of the biggest advantages of growing your food is that it can save you money. The price of a pack of seeds is almost equivalent to what you would pay for a single vegetable or fruit at the shops. Plus, you can organic vegetables for a fraction of the cost of those brought from the shops.

Can you think of more ways that you can eat healthy on a budget?
